  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you by email if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We currently ship within Canada only.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order size.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with reliable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.

Damages & Lost Packages

  • Deal Busterz is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Deal Busterz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
